Pre-purchase, Pre-sale
Your inspector is a building expert that will let you know if the house, cottage, condo, duplex or triplex you chose is the right one for you, or not. The price may vary slightly according to size, value and location of the building to be inspected. Please contact us for a more precise estimate.
Specific Inspection
The minimum rate is 260$ and varies depending on the nature and the extent of the problem.
Secondary Buildings
Additional fees are required for any secondary building that is detached from the main building (garage, barn, shed, etc.) and for inspections in remote regions.
